By requesting and/or purchasing a commission from me (clemidity), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

General

.These terms and conditions may be modified at any time at the artist's discretion, but the commissioner is only beholden to the Terms of Service set at the time of purchasing a commission.I, the artist, reserve the right to deny any commission I feel I am not capable of drawing.Failure to acknowledge, or breaking of these rules will result in blacklisting from future commissions.

Payment

.Payment is always taken through USD with PayPal.Payment can be given in one of two ways:
Half upfront, and half upon completion
or
Full payment upfront.Payment plans are an option upon discussion and agreement.

Deadlines

.All and any deadlines must be stated upfront upon request of the commission. The shortest deadline I will accept is 2-3 weeks.My turnaround time for fully rendered pieces, on average, is one to three months. It it on me, as the artist, to communicate my current progress on the commission and inform you of any possible delays regarding your commission. The commissioner may request a status update/WIP at any given time.

Usage Policy

.My standard commission prices are for personal usage only. Discussion and adjusted pricepoints can be made for those looking to receive commercial rights to the artwork.You may not input your received commission into any generative AI.By default, I reserve the right to my artwork and the right to post it; if you would like your piece to be private, you may request this at any given time.

Refunds

.Refunds are only offered if the commissions has not been started.If the commission has been started, but has not yet reached the render phase (this is the final stage of polish and painting), you may receive a partial refund.If the piece has reached the render phase or has been completed, you will not receive a refund.If I am unable to complete your commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

average rates

these are a guideline for the average price for my RENdered artwork. my pricing is largely based off of the "pay what you want" method, with stipulations.

if you have a specific concept for your piece, we will discuss it and come up with a quote together! the average rates should serve as a baseline for what you are looking for! i am very good at judging how much time a piece can take me.if you do not have a specific idea, and just want your character drawn, my pricing methodology follows a "pay what you want" program, which functions as following:for every 15 USD, i will spend 1 hour on your artwork.the more money given, the more i am allowed with the time budget. higher prices will always equal more time, effort, and complexity put into your piece. complicated characters, designs, poses, will generally require a higher base price point.*a mini is a very simplistic little squishy pagedoll sort of thing that is unrendered
